Qualifications
Monika Hollosi holds a Masters Degree in Horticulture, Agriculture and Plant Protection Engineering. She has been practicing landscape design, installation and maintenance for both residential and commercial clients since 1997.
Fabricio Villalobos is a professionally trained Mason and Carpenter. He has worked on high end wood, stone and paver design and installation jobs, landscape design and outdoor building projects since 1992.

Initial meeting- site visit and consultation:
We provide free project estimate.
Before any written estimate we meet you at your property for a project consultation.
Walk your yard with you and discuss possibilities, your likes on materials, planting styles, etc. Check for existing site conditions. Establish project budget.
Based on these factors a free project estimate will be emailed to you.
Design Drawings:
If the project is complex, contain many individual design elements, or if you feel the need of a design drawing, we can provide you with them. The presentation varies from simple photo rendering or complex, detailed, scale drawings in 2D or 3D, even virtual walk thru of your future yard.The fee of these drawings varies, we will quote the design fees on site. We will provide you a free emailed written estimate of your project based on this meeting/ or design drawing.
